Thank you for visiting and shopping at TRNDBTY.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time:

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment method:

All orders are shipped using DPD

In the month of December please allow additional delays in shipping due to the high volume of order both ourselves and our courier are experiencing. 

Domestic Shipping (within Ireland) 2-5 Business Days, €3.99 for all orders under €50 and free shipping for all orders of €50.

UK Shipping 4-7 Business Days, €5.95 for all orders up to the value of €100 and €2.99 or all orders over €100.

We now ship to a number of EU countries with FREE Shipping options available. Please see at checkout to see if your country is covered.

Delivery Charges may change at times of promotion on TRNDBTY.COM.
TRNDBTY reserves the right to change shipping charges without notice.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes: 

TRNDBTY.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
If you live in the UK - TRNDBTY covers the cost of your taxes.

Damages: 

TRNDBTY.COM is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at online@karecosmetics.ie and we will submit a claim on your behalf to the courier.
