Activate soap by spraying water onto spoolie or directly onto soap, 30cm away.
Comb product through brows until you are happy with how the hair has set. For laminated brows: Use index finger to press over hair to lay eyebrow hairs completely flat.
Fill in sparse brows with your chosen shade of BPerfect’s Indestructi’brow eyebrow pencils.
