HOW TO USE:
Apply to the lash line using eyelash glue.
Top Tip: Apply mascara before applying Rebeluna's "Luxury Cluster Lashes" to avoid a build up of mascara on the lashes. A build up of mascara can cause damage to the lashes so they won't last as long.
